Noticing a demand for the original ‘Wheat Province Saskatchewan’ mud flaps, we set out to reproduce them as close to the originals as possible. We worked with a Canadian manufacturer to design the production plates to ensure a quality product is produced.
In 2020, we placed our first production run for 110 pairs of flaps, and we sold our first pair November 2020. We made three more production runs, and had sold and delivered 350 pairs of RetroFlaps to customers throughout western Canada.
In late 2021, due to quality control issues, we terminated our relationship with the first manufacturer.
Now, In 2026, after 5 long years of searching for a new Canadian manufacturer that could live up to our expectations, we are pleased to say we have re-designed and ordered our first batch of 100 pairs of Generation 2 flaps which are now available via the website.
